Q.1. I have a Groupon Voucher for a 60 minute Bamboo Fusion Massage but it has expired. Can I still use it?
A. GROUPON HOLDERS WHO DID NOT REDEEM THEIR VOUCHERS BY JANUARY 31, 2012 CAN STILL USE THEIR VOUCHER AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE.
GROUPON VOUCHERS WILL BE HONORED AT FACE VALUE ONLY ($45) AND CAN BE USED TO PURCHASE IN-STUDIO MASSAGE OR BODYWORK SERVICES OF $70 OR MORE ONLY!
Q.2. How do I book my appointment?
A. Appointments for Groupon Bamboo Fusion Massage should be scheduled using Wings online booking system. To do this, follow these instructions
i. CLICK HERE to access our Appointments Tab.
ii. Services are located in the GREEN box. Using the Scroll bar located on the right-side of the box, scroll down to Massage > Bamboo Fusion category and select Groupon Bamboo Fusion Massage.
iii. Click one of the available appointments listed to select, or specify an exact date or day to search for other criteria.
iv. If you already have an online booking account, log in. If you are a first time client and do not have a login, you will need to create one by entering your first and last name, address, phone number etc., then click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button.
PLEASE NOTE: Under ‘Notes’, please include your Groupon coupon code and Barcode numbers. Include both Groupon Coupon Codes (Coupon Number plus the number under the Barcode) in the ‘Notes’ field. If you do not enter both numbers your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED.
Where to find Groupon codes
v. Once you have logged in or created your account and clicked on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button, a confirmation page will display with the message “Thank you, your appointment is scheduled. You will receive a confirmation email shortly”. Remember to check your email and we look forward to seeing you at Wings!
Q.3. I don’t have access to a computer/the internet. Can I call to book my appointment instead?
A. Yes, you may call us at 508-332-6522. If you get our voice-mail, please leave your name, phone number, Groupon Coupon Codes and two or three potential dates/times. We will contact you within 24 hours. To hold your appointment, a credit card will be required.
Q.4. How do I redeem my Groupon? Should I print out the coupon and bring it in or can I show you the purchased deal on my cell phone?
A. You must bring your Groupon coupon with you and this can be either a printed copy or you can show us the coupon using the Groupon mobile app on your cell phone.
Q.5. What can I use my $45 Groupon voucher for? Can I use my voucher to purchase gift certificates at Wings Massage and Bodywork?
A. You may use your $45 Groupon voucher to purchase any massage and bodywork services valued at $70 or more. For example, here’s what you would pay in order to use your voucher to purchase one of the following:

90 minute Bamboo Fusion ($115) additional amount due $70
60 minute Swedish Massage ($75) additional amount due $30
60 minute Reiki Session ($70) additional amount due $25
You may book a 60 minute Bamboo Fusion online, however if you prefer to use your voucher to purchase another service you will need to contact us so that we can book your appointment and receive payment for the difference.
You may not use your $45 Groupon voucher for the purchase of gift certificates. You may only use the voucher to pay for in-studio massage and bodywork services valued at $70 or more. Vouchers can also not be used for any Wings Massage & Bodywork specials.
Q.6. Will I be able to get an appointment on the date that I choose?
A. Vouchers are subject to availability and Wings schedule.
Q.7. Can I use my voucher for Mobile/Outcall services?
A. No. Groupon vouchers may only be used for services at Wings’ Randolph Studio.
Q.8. Are tips allowed and if so how should I tip?
A. Yes, tips are allowed and are greatly appreciated. Tips should be based on the regular price of the service (i.e. $90 for a 60 minute Bamboo Fusion etc.) not the discounted rate.
Q.9. If my friend/spouse etc. have vouchers could we have both of our massages done in the same room at the same time?
A. No. Couples or simultaneous massage sessions are no longer available at Wings.
Q.10. How early should I arrive for my appointment?
A. You should plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are a first-time client, you should arrive 15 minutes early. You may also print out our Health Intake Form and bring the completed document with you; this should save time so that your appointment can begin promptly.
Q.11. What if I am late for or forgot my appointment, will my voucher still be honored?
A. All appointments are subject to Wings Massage & Bodywork policies. That being said, 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or your voucher and any additional payment made is forfeited. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment or if you missed your appointment or didn’t cancel with a 24-hour notice, your Groupon voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be used at another date. If you are a few minutes late (up to 15 minutes) we will do our best to provide your services in the time remaining, however, your appointment will end exactly at the scheduled time (i.e. if your appointment is at 1:00 PM and you arrive at 1:10 PM, your appointment will still end at 2:00 PM).
Q.12. Can I use my Groupon voucher for a ½ hour session instead of the 1 hour session?
A. No. Your voucher can be used to purchase massage and bodywork sessions valued at $70 or more only.
Q.13. I can’t find the time to schedule my massage; can I give my Groupon voucher to a friend or relative even though it has my name on it?
A. Yes you can. You will need to call Tonya at 508-332-6522 or email her at info@wings-massage.com to provide the name of the friend or relative who will be receiving your voucher. Your friend or relative can book the appointment online using your Groupon codes, pay the difference in cost and will need to bring the voucher with them to their appointment.
Q.14. I have multiple Groupon vouchers and have given the additional ones to friends as gifts; can we all be seen at the same time?
A. No. Simultaneous Groupon appointments are not possible. You will need to book appointments that are at different times.
Q.15. I have multiple Groupon vouchers, can I schedule multiple sessions for myself?
A. No. As identified on your Groupon voucher, there is a limit of 1 Groupon per person. If you purchased more than one, you will be able to use only one of them for yourself. You may give your other(s) vouchers to a friend(s).
Q.16. If I can’t use the Groupon before the expiration date, will you buy it back or refund my money?
A. Absolutely not. Your $45 Groupon was redeemable at the 50% discount rate for a 60-minute Bamboo Fusion massage which is regularly priced at $90. If you did not redeem your Groupon during the one year period that it was available, it can be used now as a voucher at face value only (i.e. the amount you paid for it, or $45). It has no cash value and can be used only for massage and bodywork services valued at $70 or more at Wings Massage & Bodywork. Any concerns or questions regarding this policy should be directed to Groupon’s Customer Service Department.
